Wastewater Equipment & Treatment Systems
The Model CE 2-DB2 Wastewater Treatment System
Introducing the simple, affordable solution for medium to small size industries and shops that need to deal with the disposal or treatment of wastewater that may contain suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy metals.
Although there are some existing traditional processes available for treatment of these contaminants and they typically are multi-stage setups that require a variety of chemicals, qualified personnel, valuable floor and substantial man hours to achieve good results. Even after these processes, the solid waste generated may be deemed hazardous and is subject to increased disposal costs. Any way you look at it, it’s a problem and a headache!
This is where Casner Environmental provides the alternative in waste management and treatment. Our reactants are a unique dry formula that when added to our space saving treatment system, achieve similar results to a large wastewater treatment plant.
The Process:
- Simple, usually one step
- Separates out suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy metals
- Encapsulates the contaminants
- Sludge produced is non-leachable, will meet TCLPs and is non-hazardous
- Takes on minutes to complete
- Produces an easily dewaterable sludge
Equipment:
Easy to use with little maintenance. Sizing is available from 50-gallon manual batch processors to larger manual, semi-automatic and automated systems to achieve flow rates of 2 GPM to 100 GPM. The units are manufactured in swirled stainless steel finish.

The CE DB5 Wastewater Treatment / Recycling System
You can achieve results like this by using the simple, affordable solution for many industry that need to treat their wastewater before discharging or recycling.
The Process:
- Water to be treated and discharged or recycled is pumped into the unit
- Reactive separating agent is added
- Solution is mixed and the contaminants are separated out by the reactant forming a non-leachable floc
- Solution is then drained through gravity filter drums, which separates out the solid residue in filter bags for easy disposal
- Treated water or filtrate is then pumped to a storage tank for reuse or discharged to the sewer system
- All systems are custom-made and engineered for the specific customer’s requirements
Reactive Separating Agents:
Various blends of reactants are available depending on the waste stream to be treated.
Available in 50 lb bags, 500 lb drums, 1000 lb and 2000 lb super sacs.
Equipment:
Easy-to-use with very little maintenance. The CE 5-DB5 footprint is approximately 96″ x 42″ x 104″. Manufactured in stainless steel. A truly turn key system.

Sludge Dewatering Unit
This unit is ideal for pumping sludge out of a sludge pit, sump or catch basin where silt, sludge and heavy debris accumulate.
It’s easy, saves time, labor and money!
The Process:
- Wastewater flows into the sump or holding pit
- It gets aerated by a custom built air sparger that fits your sump, sludge pit or catch basin
- While it’s being aerated, all of the sludge gets pumped using an air diaphragm pump
- Next it goes to the dewatering vessel
- The sludge remains in a geo bag, which automatically is drained by gravity
- Debris-free water gravity flows back to the sump to be treated
- Detachable top is removable with a fork truck
- The top features bomber doors to automatically remove the geo bag into the dumpster for easy disposal
- No mess. No more manually scooping it out
Specifications:
5′ x 6′ x 40″ – Manufactured in aluminum or 304 stainless steel. Pump sizing, hose connections and pipe connections to be determined on application. Sizing of the dewatering system unit is determined by volume of wastewater.
Optional Equipment:
Pump; if water is not able to be gravity flowed back into sump, pit or catch basin.
